Step 1
Your 4Corners Closing Coordinator will contact you approximately two weeks prior to closing to schedule the date, time, and location that your closing will take place.
Step 2
You will need to bring Certified Funds to closing. These funds will include any balance due on your down payment, closing costs, and/or prepaids. Your lender will communicate this amount with you prior to closing.
Step 3
You will complete and sign any final paperwork provided by your Escrow Officer, 4Corners Homes Closing Coordinator, and lender.
Step 4
The final step of closing is a celebratory moment, when you are awarded the keys to your brand new 4Corners Home! You made it through the buying, building, and closing process and are now a proud 4Corners Homeowner!
